2 oz Ánimas Mezcal
1 oz Coconut Cream
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake until frothy, and strain over ice.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
Passionfruit Hibiscus Refresher
1.5 oz Animas Mezcal
2 oz Hibiscus Tea
1.5 oz Passionfruit Nectar
0.5 oz Lime Juice
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake well and strain.
Top with soda and garnish with fresh mint
Oaxacan Old Fashioned
2 oz Animas Mezcal
1 bar spoon Agave Syrup
3 dashes Cocoa Bitters
1 dash Orange Bitters
Add all ingredients to a glass with ice. Stir until well chilled and strain over ice.
SMOKY NEGRONI
1 oz Animas Espadin Mezcal
1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Add all ingredients to a glass with ice. Stir until well chilled and garnish with an orange slice.
PALOMA
2 oz Animas Mezcal
1 oz Grapefruit Juice
1 oz Lime Juice
Dash of Sea Salt
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake well and strain over ice.
Top with Fresca and garnish with a grapefruit slice
